D’Ambra Equipment has been in business since 1996. Below is a list of some of our recent installations:
Las Vegas, Nevada
Erie Strayer Model MG-11C portable central mix plant configured for loading transit mix trucks at the MGM City
Center Project in Las Vegas. Located in a parking lot between the New York/New York and Monte Carlo casinos,
the batch plant includes two auxiliary silos, Command Alkon controls, R&S central baghouse, and Cal-Fab Systems feed conveyors. This 2½ year project was the largest privately funded project in the U.S. with over 1.2 million
cu.yds. of concrete placed. This plant has the flexibility to load end-dumps or belly dumps on future projects.

Laveen, Arizona
Cemex purchased our Erie Strayer Model MPB-11T transit mix plant which includes a 3-compartment aggregate storage bin with 2,350 bbl (9,400 cu.ft.) of storage capacity. Each of the compartments in the rectangular cement bin is gravity-fed into the cement batcher below, eliminating the need for screw conveyors. Double wall divider assures that material contamination between compartments will not occur. The 4-compartment aggregate bin is fed by four conveyors which automatically refill the plant’s bin when needed. Holding hoppers for the cement, aggregate and water load the trucks while the next load is weighing up in the batchers.

polyurethane liners, hydraulic package, drive-thru supports, and tie-in to the customer’s existing baghouse. We also
provided a new discharge hood on the REX plant to feed the new Erie mixer. Concrete foundations, driveway, and
equipment erection was handled by our erection crew.
